Registration is now open for NECA’s Spring Meeting, to be held on Thursday, March 15th at the Union League in Philadelphia.

Cocktail Reception 11:00 AM – 12 PM
Lunch 12 PM – 2:00 PM

The historic Union League, established in 1862 and described as “shining jewel of history in the heart of the cultural and commercial district of Philadelphia” is located at 140 South Broad Street. For more information about the Union League, please visit www.unionleague.org.

The Spring Meeting, also known as NECA’s Scholarship Luncheon, will be a special occasion as it will commemorate the establishment of the John Hammill/NECA Scholarship at Drexel University.

The cost of the luncheon is unchanged from last year, at $140.

In addition to being a great networking experience, the event keeps NECA scholarships and educational endowments supported.

NECA’s Annual Meeting on December 9th at the Pierre Hotel in New York City, was one of our best-attended events in recent years.

Approximately 300 members and guests came out to network and support NECA’s scholarship goals.

The keynote speaker at luncheon was Peter Fasullo with En*Vantage, Inc. He enraptured attendees with his candid views on how the shale gas phenomenon will play out for the US chemical industry. For a copy of his presentation, contact him at pfasullo@envantageinc.com

2011 Fall Meeting – Niagara Falls

NECA Niagara was a big success and turnout was better than it had been in many years!

With a wine tasting at the Chateau du Charmes and a dinner at the Hillebrand Winery, a good time was had by all.

Some members took tours of the famous Niagara Falls ….
