Our program this year will begin September 11, 2008 with a reception at the Tremblant Convention Center at 6:00 PM in the “Zephyr 2” room followed by dinner at 7:00 PM in the “Mistral 1-2” room at the Tremblant Convention Center.

Because of some large Conventions being held in Tremblant at the same time, there are no extra rooms available in Tremblant. Make sure that you make your room reservations by August 11, 2008.

Reservations must be made directly with the Fairmont Hotel in Tremblant at 819-681-7000 or Toll-free 1-800-441-1414. Please identify yourself as a participant of the NECA meeting in order to receive the preferred rate.

MEETING COST WILL BE US $ 135.00 PER PERSON.

Reservations must be received by September 5th. No Reservations or Returns after September 5th.
